What’s included
- A non-exclusive license to use the specified Unique in America photo or illustration for the approved use, media, and term
- Delivery of a high-resolution or web-ready file as agreed
- Credit / attribution language when required by the package
- Confirmation in writing (email) of what you may and may not do
What’s not included
These packages do not grant:
- Exclusive rights or transfer of copyright
- Resale, sublicensing, or stock redistribution
- Use of the Unique in America wordmark or brand as your own endorsement
- Rights to third-party assets we credit but do not own (Creative Commons, public domain, or outside licensed stock)
- Unlimited or perpetual worldwide commercial rights unless expressly quoted
How to request a license
- Note the image URL, story page, or describe the asset.
- Tell us the package (Personal / Editorial / Commercial), where it will appear, and for how long.
- Email editor@uniqueinamerica.com or use our contact page.
We typically reply with availability, price, and credit language. Do not publish the asset commercially until you have written confirmation.

Rights holder & claims
Original Unique in America photography and commissioned illustrations are owned by MarshMack Media LLC, publisher of Unique in America. We also use properly licensed commercial images, correctly attributed Creative Commons material, and verified public-domain works—those third-party terms still apply and may not be relicensed by us.
Rights holders with a claim about an image on this site may contact us with documentation. Disputed assets may be temporarily removed while we review.
