Required records
Every non-original image must have a source record, creator name, license terms, acquisition date, permitted uses and required credit language stored in the sourcing manifest.
Corrections and claims
Rights holders may contact the publication with documentation concerning an image. Disputed assets should be temporarily removed while the claim is reviewed.
